Welcome Umatilla Elementary to the BloominThyme Collaborative school garden program! We’re thrilled to have you join us in our gardening adventure.
These first graders are super-excited to begin their gardening adventure and filled their new garden beds with soil like true champs. Thank you Black Kow!
They dumped and mixed and smoothed the bedding mix to perfection. These students worked so well together, I KNOW this school garden will be a total success.
Back to school in January means planting time for the students!
Students planted radish, carrots, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, kale and potatoes.
